On 27-May-2007 Mr_darkside said:Well lets see what old characetrs there are in the FF series;
Final Fantasy IV
-Tellah is 60 years old and is the 2nd oldest playable character in the FF series.
-Cid is 56 years old in this game(not the Cid from FFVII.)

Final Fantasy V
-Galuf is 50 years old.

Final Fantasy VI
-Cyan is 50 years old.
-Strago is 70 years old! maybe the oldest playable character in any FF game.

Final Fantasy VII
-Barrett is 35 but 37 in Advent Children.
-Red XIII is 48 in human years.
-Vincent is 27 physically but 57 chronologically and 60 in Dirge of Cerberus.

Final Fantasy VIII
-Edea her age is unknow but if she raised most of the characters when they were young she must be abit old maybe in her late 30's.

Final Fantasy IX
-The oldest character is Steiner who is 32 and not that old really(the same age as Cid in FFVII.)

Final Fantasy X/X-2
-Auron is 35 years old.

Final Fantasy XII
-Fran is over 50 years old.
-Reddas age is unknown but from the looks of him he looks old.
Auron is not in FX-2 as far as i know, paine is the oldest but still only 19 i think (she acts old though)

I wasnt saying Auron was from FFX-2. I just put FFX and FFX-2 together as they are the same series. Also I was just naming the "old" characters, not who is the oldest in that game. I did forget Gogo from FFVI as he is the oldest character in all of the FF games.

Every one since IV, I think. Maybe II, actually, come to think of it. Go have a look on Wiki. Always has something to do with airships.

But he was, very briefly. Well his voice was, against Vegnagun.

true, I wonder if he the person who did his voice came back just to do those few words or did he already do then when doing FFX and they were just cut from the story and they reused them for this game?

But he does not appear in person, would be cool if he did though after all you do fight vegnagun on the farplane so they could have brought auron back to help you fight.

FFX was number three on my FF favorate list. Had a good story and a good battle system. The good cg were all pretty short but the best in the series so far. This was the first FF to have characters with voices. Seemed to me, this was one of the easyiest FF games and i felt it went by rather fast even having 100 percent of sidequest completed.
