You can buy it from the Hidden Merchant in Necrohol of Nabudis. I can tell you how to get there, if you don't know. 
Personally, I love both Renew and Arise, for obvious reasons. Hastega as well, I never battle without it.

i like arise and cura... iwch is 1 of the most basic spells it works well though.

I know how to get to the Necrohol, but not to the merchant. Tell meh please.

Haha, I love Bubble as well, but I tend to use Bubble Belt more than the actual spell.
As for the secret merchant, check this map. Follow the black arrow, it will take you to a secret room. In the last one, examine the southeast corner. He will be there. ^^

ya thanx vassy once again uve helped me out to because i took a trip all the way through nechrol i went in from the salikawood and came out in the back end of nabius deadleands... shesh and i didnt find the hidden merchant i gotta take another trip back in.

Nah, most bosses are immune, so... I'd rather use Scathe, etc.
Also, I tried beating Vayne and co., much easier with Scathe! Thanks Vas!
