Final Fanatsy 12! I NEED HELP

I've beat the game with out knowing that (bahomat??), was the last storeline and got annoyed when the credits pop'd up cause I thought that it wouldn't let me play anymore on that file, and what happens? it locks up, so I can't officialy finish the game but I know I did and I never had anything stronger than {axes 6} no ultima blade and no zodiark spear I'm level 67, 40, 32,70,30,62. I've beaten all but Zodiark, Ultima, the sochen cave palace dragoon, feifnir, the white horse?? {in pharos}, the seer and obv. the omega mark at the collosiem. I don't know how on my second time through I got to gigamesh at 29, 29, 29, 29, 29, 29. when on my first time I could barly get through stillshrine of m...... at level 31 all.
