Where abounce is the Esper Quaklein in the Garamsythe waterway?

That esper is as annoying to find as it is to beat. You have to open waterways, close waterways re-open other waterways.
Let me find a link to the SC walkthroughs and you can have a look.

Thats a link to all the walkthroughs. For the whole time Ive used one I have used the members Beserker. His is the 6th down and if you click his and then press ctrl and S you can type in [SE03] and enter. That will bring you to his explaination of how to find that secret esper.
