Does anyone know how to beat him? I started off with my mist technicks with vaan and ashe, but i cant hit it with anything but thunder after that. Anyone have better suggestions?

Never use Mist as you opining move, or like ever for that fact. Only use your mist attack when he has like no HP and you are sure you can kill him with it.

I need help to I used four mists and my guys were at level 15 and I still lost. what level should I get to beat it or how can I get stronger

I was level 15 and I only used 2 mists... Heres my strategy. Make anyone learn dark (you must buy it from the store and have the liscense) then set their gambits to any foe:flying then dark. Then their second gambit should be any foe:flying water THEN mak it so their thirs gambit is any for:flying thunder. Make sure the person whos gambits are set to this doesnt use a mist, it will screw the tactic up. I beat the garuda in less than 5 minutes with this and only penelo died once.

acually, i have a better stragity, have vaan, and ashe, equip a gun of any kind( i prefer the one u get from the like crab monsters) and have fran equip a bow, and heal when necacarry, you do'nt even need mist to defet him if you use this stragity
