Is alrite, and I pretty much use Vaan and Ashe as party leader aswell, so atleast you got good taste :P hehe, the only time i use others as party leader is if my first party dies (very rare occurance).

my party leader is basch but i hardly stay like him due to berserk,where i switch to vann.and if my primary party falls (which is hardly)then i use my secondary which is way weaker then my first,where there's like a 20 level diffrence

This should tell you how little i use Vaan. Vaan is lvl 23, Balthier is lvl 25, Penelo is lvl 25, Basch is lvl 81, Ashe is lvl 80, Fran is lvl 82.

My party leader depends on what level my characters are. if they are all the same, I always use baltier or vaan.

Hmm for the first boss battle (that horse made out of fire) I used Fran because she has strong ranged attacks and can attack from a distance. Therefore she doesnt get hit as much.
For other times I use Vaan (I dont know why I just do xD)

I have all my characters on the offensive, and i think all but Basch have healing gambits
Ashe and Penelo are the only ones that know offensive magic and they never use it ;) lol.
(And some people dont use vaan cus hes too whiny ;)hehe)
