Yeah the monsters in there usually attack in groups. Now that I think about the best thing to do since most of them are undead is to cast Curaja on them.

On 11-Dec-2007 gamespro said:Well I went to fight the undying and I lost the 1st time instead of going back into Bahamut to try again I decided to start again and try to do everything in the game and get everything that I missed.

The reason I didn't go back and get them then was because I was alost finished the game anyway and I wouldn't gotten much of a chance to use any of the stuff. One of the things I missed was the Tournosol and that is very frustrating to get and takes a long time and if I went to the trouble of getting it then it woud have been a waste of time.
You did exactly what i did, lost to the undying realised that u missed so much and started again. Now when it comes to leveling up i just go back to the place i was before or do a few hunts. I dont teleport i travel killing everything in its path. Im now up to Archades and still my fave place to level up is the Rift or Golmore.

Thanx to Craizen for the sig, love ya babe, Hubby for the avi.

Yeah my favourite places to train are definately the Nabreus Deadlands and the Zertinan caverns with the Emroidered Tippet equiped. Hunts won't really help when leveling up they don't give any experience but they are good for license points especially if you have the Golden Amulet.

Still the monsters there do give a lot of experience and if you use low lvl areas then it would take a while to lvl up.

Yeah that works but training in high lvl places does have other adavantages aswell as experience you would also get better items so you can get more gil too.

Thats why i dont bother going to low level places it takes too long, if im off on a hunt i will only backtrack so far on foot then teleport the rest of the way. I know you dont get exp for the actual hunt, but travelling to the hunt does and you dont get bored fighting in the same place cos your always moving.

What about Cerobi (is it called that in the english version) doesnt anyone go there, i mean that has some high level high hp beasts there.

Thanx to Craizen for the sig, love ya babe, Hubby for the avi.

I prefer to teleport to places once I save at the teleport crystal there. Yeah thats what its called and there are some strong monsters there that give high experience like the Ring Wyrm but I don't really go there that much.

Its really tough there. The ring wyrm is a nightmare. I tried to train there but spent most of my time either dying or running. It has Vyraal there too, it slaughtered me in about 30sec.

The best thing to do against the Ring Wyrm is to silence it since it likes to use magic then cast sleep on it then defeat it with your own magic.

Yeah the Vyraals there too I lost the first time I fought but I managed to beat it the 2nd time around.

I remember I had Vann out when I was in the great crystal, and I fought some type of wyrm. When I killed it, it gave me about 30,000 exp, if I had an embroided tippet, that would've benn 60,000 exp.
Great, I'm moving. Who knows when you'll see me again.

Its a good place to train but since there are so many paths to take there I don't go there that much and not only that but you have to go the whole way through Giruvegan just to get there.

It's a good place to train but it's easy to get lost, and there are no save crystals. If you're going to train there, make sure you have lLOTS of time on your hands.

Yeah exactly, if you're not going to Ultima though there's no save crystal.
