Yeah it is and I think you might be able to use the vehicle form of the summons to go anywhere you want.

That would be useful, and make since. Imagine if you could just ride around Massive cities going into the buildings to talk to people, or buy items and stuff.

That's what it kind of looks like in one of the trailers, there's a war going on and your flying some ship probably one of the summons. You control all vehicles using sixaxis.

Yeah that's right you start in cocoon, a floating city in the sky and pulse is a city on the ground and I'm sure there will be a war between them.

If you're talking about the guy in FF Versus XIII then no, they are two separate games set in separate worlds.

The worlds Pulse and Cocoon are both from FFXIII, nothing has been revealed about the world from FF Versus XIII.
Yeah he's a prince, he protects a crystal which gives him his powers.

Yeah that's how he uses weapons by summoning them, so we know he can summon swords but I'm not sure what other weapons he can use.
