Lost gifts

I receive gifts and requests . But when I tap on them they do disappear but don't go to my game. When I go back they're still their. Help please.

Same here...been stuck for days. Also can't get any macaroons to build the first building in the new chapter 2 Chrystal section. Really sloppy roll out or just manipulating the game to a ridiculous degree. Given the lack of response or action, I suggest people start complaining directly to the Disney company about the lack of ethics with which this subsidiary is being run. Do they really want the trusted Disney name attached to this?

I'm having the same problem. Very frustrating . Hope they fix it soon.
