What is your FASTEST car (top speed)

my favorite is my supa it went 275 with the gears passed 25 wit nos without was 238

try canging the final gear

i got my toyota minolta race car up to 527kmph. i just tuned it up to about 1200bhp and hardend up the suspension, lowered the ride hight and lowered the downforce

i also changed the gear ratio to about 22 or 23, i forget

how did you get the minolta to 361mph? i could only get it to 292mph

I've got a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 5 that can go up to anywhere between 235 and 250.

i got my bentley speed 8 to 301.84mph

i have a few stonkingly fast cars but the best few are (all with nos): Nissan R92CP- 289mph, RUF RGT- 275mph, TVR Cerbera Speed 12- 301mph and finally the Chapperal 2J Race Car- 345mph!!!! Knew those two jet engines would be good for something!!! lol.

How did you get the Chapperal to 345mph?

My fastest so far has been 270mph with nos.

But i do have 1 question, everyone on here tuned their top-speed bit, but it must have some effect on accleration.

So, does it effect acceleration?

toyota Minolta...324mph in gear 5...im still working on getting it higher

There is one little problem- the Chapparal can't use nos.

Fastest car to date, in my garage, is the Mercedes CLK/GTR, posting a top speed of 311.219, with nitrous, big turbo, and a LOT of tweaking.
Closest thing to that so far, is the 1937 AutoUnion Streamline, @ 267.312.

Yes, it can severely affect acceleration. best thing I have found to do, is change auto set, on trans, to highest setting, then back off the first 3 gears, to get you rolling. Once you are moving, the other gears should be workable. If your car seems to hit a "wall" in acceleration, then you will have to either back off those top gears( a little at a time), or add HP, and nitrous never hurts.
When I hit the top with my CLK/GTR, I held 5th gear, until almost out of the corner, then hit the NOS( set to full spray), and banged 6th gear immediately after it started to gain speed.

That's pretty good for a road car. You're new to forums, but I don't think there's a point to posting in a four-month-old topic.

I like the Pescorolo Sport C60. I went 400km/h with it on Sarthe II! I don't remember which settings I used exactly, but man that's fast!

My PENNZOIL Nismo GT-R is Insane, I tuned it FULLY, and tweaked gears and all, it now can reach over: 320 MPH!

You sure on that, buddy?

At Number 4, all group C cars with the best turbo can go 400km/h.

What is a real achievement however is getting to 506kph with just a bit of fiddling with the gears and adding nitrous to the mix.
