The easiest way to drift is by tweaking your suspension and driving aids, among other things.
First, buy a car that can have racing suspension, brake balance controller and a rear wing/spoiler fitted. Do this, then find a track that you think might be good for drifting. My personal faves are the High Speed Ring and Autumn Ring, but a good starting course is Autumn Ring Mini.
When you come to the main race menu, go to [SETTINGS]. Go to the brake balance controller settings and set it to a rear bias (in other words, select the rear settings and set it higher than the front). Go to suspension, go to [TOE ANGLE] and set the rear to the maximum (4).
Go to driving aids and put in these settings:
ASM (Oversteer): 0
ASM (Understeer): 20
TCS Controller: 0
Finally, go to downforce and set the front to maximum and the rear to minimum.
Try these out, and change the brake balance or toe angle if you come across any problems.
Murcie is back.
