New information has come in and this is all i know, Hope it helps
Here we go,
On the cell phone you will be able to ring the contact and start the mission from where ever you are.
You will also be able to use the net, where you can chat to people and even bash out a CV to give to potential employers!
Now you will be able to climb up telegraph poles and fire escapes.
And in GTA IV you will now be able to hail a taxi and take them to your destination if you wish to avoid hassles with the law.
Theirs much much more to come into GTA IV hopefully.
I would have to give this game 10/10, Brilliant and successful, Great work rockstar, you truly have shown us the action.

thats cool you dont have to be constantly be driveing to start a mission you just failed
