No, for that one, you have to counter their mellee.
So, you hold LT and 'A' I think, to dodge their punch when they hit you, and as you suck, press 'B' to counter.
10 of those in 4 minutes get you your cheev.

get a 4x4 and do a sharp tur at high speed in an open area, preferably at the top of a cliff. that way youll do at least five.
