Well on the 360 there is an achievement that requires you to beat the story in under 30 hours and if you plan on doing so then it would be wise to take taxis.

I have been using the cell phone for a while, but during my slaughter of police, I cannot whip out my cell phone. did I use it to much or cant use it during 6 stars. help please....im on top of a roof and need to call the fire station( don't think they have a long enough ladder to reach me)
