GTA IV has been released on PC, and I won't lie, it's much better than the Xbox/PS3 version if you have a good rig. Plus the online mode is IMMENSE. Much much better than the Xbox 360 online mode.
Though you need a good setup to run it better than the console versions.
I have;
-Intel Quad Core 2.4 Ghz
-2GB RAM with Windows XP SP3
-ATI Radeon HD 4830
I can get a good 20-40 frames per second on high settings with these =) But everyone doesn't have a super-PC so I'm wondering can you run it.
Take a gander at this to see how well you can run GTA IV (which is one of the first games to take full advantage of four cores in a processor, even though a good dual core would be fine too).
