ok, download it (duh). conect the psp to the computer, go to the savedata folder on it and paste the ULES00151S0 folder into it. it replaces the game on the first save slot so load up gta and change any saves on that slot to another slot.

no, its construction mode where you can put your own objects into the game. its ace, download it

right i have it on my psp its just i dont know how to actully start the cheats device beacuse my psp loads it like a normal gane with no diference
