yes you can get to liberty city but you have to go thru the interior universe

ya its in the gym but you need an AR code for unlimited jetpack height

yeah...its the only way. there's spots on the map that will bring you back down to earth and thats where you need the cheat. an AR code is a gameshark code and i dont know the code...sorry

In one of the missions you fly to Liberity City. Its called "Saint Marks Bistro".

as you kill the people in the back of the saint marks bistro you cant fly around with yout jetpack i tried but it didnt work you cant get your feet of the ground alone with jumping you can!!

if you want to roam the city, you have to thru the interior universe like i said before. most of the city isnt solid tho

isnt there a unlimited jetpack hight cheat for the ps2??
and do you really need the unlimited hight to reach liberty city??

no and I don't think so. In the video the guy only put in one cheat, the jetpack cheat. I copied what he did and I made it to liberty city

AR is Action Replay, it's a cheat disc, costs about £25 from any games store. No it isn't the only way. If you're on that mission where you have to do a hit in Liberty City, then you can go into the yard out back, enter the jump ten times higher cheat and jump over the wall. Watch where you walk though, most of it isn't solid.

By the way, you don't type in AR codes when you're playing the game, you turn them on when you put in the AR disc before you boot up the game. The code you need to put in to the AR disc for unlimited jetpack height is:
