The strangest thing I expirienced

I was standing outside of Sweet's house checking out this website when I heard explosions. I looked to see if it was my car but the explosion came from on the highway near Grove Street. The game camera was just slowly moving around. I did not use the cheat "Destroy All Cars". Tell me if this has happened to you or if it happens to you. I will be checking to see if you people post.
