The Turismo is pretty cool and fast, but there are some cars in this game that are faster and have better handling (Bullet, Banshee, etc.).
South Park, Charmed, Buffy The Vampire Slayer / Angel, Tru Calling, Family Guy, TrippingTheRift, FreeForAll, Futurama, Jackass, Lost, That 70's Show, Celebrity Deathmatch

The Bullet is the 2nd car I would use because it goes really fast and has more control than an Infernous.

I agree with that other than the fact I think the Bullet is number 1. But with the whole Infernus thing. I thought the infernus would be top of the line in the game but it isn't. RockStar had it to be a great car in Vice City but they changed something to make it worse in San Andreas. It has great looks but WOW does it slide all over the place. Sometimes I have fun with the Infernus sliding and all but other than that it is not the best one for sure.

Some of the muscle cars have good handling and are pretty fast like the stallion,sabre,clover etc.
The street racing cars and very fast and have great handling elegy,sultan,uranus,stratum and flash

In the last game, the Cheetah was the fastest and had the best handling, the top car. In this game, I say it's either the Bullet or Banshee, but there may be a car I overlooked. My favorite vehicle in this game is the BF Injection, which is pretty fast and has great handling, probably the best next to the Sandking and Monster Truck. The Rancher is great for handling the countryside.
ZR-350 (pretty much the new Infernus), Buffalo, Bullet, Banshee, Turismo, Infernus, Police Car, Cheetah, Elegy, Super GT, muscle cars (which many people overlook, they can be pretty fast and have great handling), Hotring Racer, Uranus, and Flash are all great fast cars.

The FBI-truck has the best handling according to me and in a straight line it's pretty fast as well.
(I will say this now people...I'm talking about a blue FBI-Truck and not the black FBI Rancher)

Indeed, well with an Action Replay or Gameshark/Xploder you could get him straight away.
