This really isn't just for the hotknife but by using this cheat you will see it around on the streets more often the cheat is:
up,L1,R1,Up,Right,Up,X,L2,X,L1
Basicly the cheat makes rare and fast cars appear more frequently and one of those cars is the hotknife.

you cant bacause there are rare cars you can only get one if you get all golds in driving school or the cheat or you might of dont no
