READ GET A HELICOPTER AND FLY TOWARDS THE DAM IN THE DESERT, THEN FLY NORTHEAST AND FIND THE LOCATION WITH A COUPLE OF SHACKS ON TOP OF A TALL ROCK IN ONE OF THE SHACKS THERE IA A GO KART IN THE OTHER ONE THERE IS A PARASHUTE
