The best fast car is the Elegy, since you have a lot more modding options for it, and they fit it.

The Jetpack is good if you have get to high places, but other than that I don't really use it that much.

the only reason i use Hydra is because there fast and when i hired it i continually spawned them so i was a really good flyer. and thats why i burnt it on to my XBox
