Go-Kart: Complete Madd Doggs mission when u kill OG Loc and 1-Madd Doggs mansion 2-Northwest town on 3r island in 2 story brown building.
Parachute: Top of Mount Chiliad-Top of bridge from 2nd to 3rd island gray bridge-El Castillo del Diablo 3rd island in old brown hut on a mountain.
Blotorch: Cargo ship import/export boat 2nd island Easter Basin Docks-Under fallen floor at construction site behind C.J.'s garage-R.A.C.C. Fuel Dump 3rd island.
Minigun: North-East carparkby elavator on bottom floor, enter carpark through alley cars will be driving out of one.

Millie: Just complete mission 'Key to her heart' while doing mission kill anyone who goes towards house across the street from you, when done take the stuff and follow instructions.
Thermal Goggles+Sandking: Under HUGE radar dish South-Southwest from Restricted area.
NRG 500: 2nd island airport between southernmost hangers-by drydock at Easter Basin Docks.
Mesa: At base of Mount Chiliad, in case you need it for export-(If your looking for the Euros eye have know idea, if you no could u please tell it would be greatly appreciated)!
