I have a few ideas:
You having the same car storage system as driver parallel lines like selecting a car you stored.
Editing whats inside your property and where the rooms are.
Participating in a show where you destroy cars for money and the more spectacular the destruction: the more money you recieve.
Strange gadgets like a minibar in the trunk and on car weaponry.
different eras in the game.
Strange weapons like hypnotising a rival gang member to be on your side when you fire at him.

Saints row is exellent.
You can customize your character to the max, and you get gang members like you do in SA.
Its like San Andreas, only better graphics. Exept, I dont think it has as many secrets, and when I played on it at my friends house I didnt see a motorbike.
If GTA IV has whats in San Andreas, I'll be happy.

so what your saying is that you want a game to be like the sims (for home design), saints row for some of the events , you also want the cars to be like full auto or have military jeeps simular to the ones out of halo. finally you want hypnosis???? would be fun but punching the guy and taking the gun would be more simple
