where is the icon for two player mode not the icon at my girlfriends house the skull one.

The skull ones are rubbish but there is some normal one in all the cities. On Los Santos go north from Big Smoke's house in the ruins.
In Red County go to Dilimore. In San Fierro turn out the garage left then left again then past the next road and turn into the car park. In the desert go to El Quebrados. In Las Venturas go under the Royal Casino.

thats a good one and there is one next to the house you first go to and go into the mission near big smokes house
