Yeah Mike Torreno rocks, and he has good the cool voice of James Woods. Also Officer Tenpenny, he has teh voice of Samuel L. Jackson who rocks because he is Mace Windoo lol.

Officer Tenpenny is an a-hole. Mike Toreno is OK, but either Ryder or Big Smoke would have to be my favourite.

He helps you do the Love Fist missions and he is in the Malibu on certain cutscenes for some missions.
