Y cant i start gang wars anymore and i cant even see gang territories on the map i am on the 3rd island and have tried evrything please help

I have beaten the game. You have to beat the rest of the missions in las venturas. then, the missions will take you back to los santos. sweet will be out of jail, and you will have to take over the hoods. again.

hey,u sed ure on the 3rd island u have 2 go bk 2 the 1st island soon and work 4 ure brother and the whole city is riotin u av 2 defened ure hood and then u av 2 take over all the other hoods ure pretty close 2 the gang thing agen. u can only do it on the 1st island

ther is one gang territory on 3rd island actually it belongs to the hispanic gang(yellow), its where the boat school is.
