i done it by useing the jet pack code which is L1,L2,R1,R2,UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT,L1,L2,R1,R2,UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT hope that helped

im not sure if the jetpack cheat works if you havent gotten to TT mission Green Goo, it works afterwards cuz then it is just floating near ur save point in the abandoned rc tower after you pass the mission

you got to go slow enough to handle your car properly. the other car are not that fast so u shouldnt have any trouble. plus leaving ur car fails the mission. so good luck trying the jet pack cheat.

you need to use a rancher or a landstalker because it's got good handling and they're not too slow either, that's how i did it so i hope i've helped
