dose anyone no how to make a distraction downstairs in order to take the picture of the map if you do please help thanks

Yeah when you get the message that tells you that you need to make a distraction downstiars, Go back downstairs to the first open doorway, turn right and walk stright through the doorway ahead labeled "Document Depository" you will see the sign right next to the door, Once inside there is an old air conditioning unit with a green arrow over it, you can either whack it with a baseball bat or shoot it and that will create your diversion.
