No, this isn't about the 'ghost car' in the Back O Beyond. I got killed in Los Santos, spawned outside hospital, tried to rob a cop car, both cops got out, I killed them, I got a 2 star wanted. I tried to take their car, but the doors where locked, and when I tired to open it a second time, it reversed and then drove towards me and knocked me down, then drove away.

It could be a glich of the game, but nothing strange happens in that place actually.

yo,something like that happen to me with a fire truck,I jacked it and cj rolled out like someone jacked me. the truck did a circle hit me and drove off, but the fire men was on foot running away from me. what da

This is probably somehow a glitch but it happens to other cars not only the cop cars as well.
