Do you mean me? If so, will give tips tomorrow, dont have too much time right now.
---Okay, look close at the notes, and you should notice you only have to strum the red, then you can HO/PO the yellow or green, just do it at the right time, practice on Slow if you are still having trouble.

It just takes practise. Remember if the note doesnt have a black circle in the center it can be HO/PO'd, but if the black circle is there you have to strum.
