i was wondering what qualifies a song as five stars is it the score percent notes or streak

And if you're real good, you can get Gold Five Star.

To do that you need to get 100% on a song.

I've only done it on Schools' Out on Medium.

Most songs you'll need 95% and a good score, but for some songs you need like 97% and an ever better score.
