Does it matter if you have Guitar Hero III on ps3, xbox360, wii, or pc? I mean, sure their DIFFERENT but i mean, does it bother it when u connect through wi-fi?

Are you asking if they can all connect together even though their seperate systems? Then no, Wiis can hook up with Wiis, 360s with 360s, etc;
