The story behind the whole release date of halo 3 is going to be the exact date of the release date of ps3, the reason for this is because...... halo 2 was one of if not the worlds most waited games ever!!!! think about it you guys are already talking about 3 when 2 just came out and there are going to be 7 or 8 halo's, but back to the point of the release date , it is on the release date of ps3 b-cause they are going to try and basically post phone the major sales of there compeditor..... sony, halo 3 will b selling and ps3 will b collecting dust on the shelves

lol jo-lamma.... you are right about halo 3 coming out on the PS3 release date to hinder the sales of the sony consoles ... but its not a red zone secret.. in fact its not a secret at all...

for a start bartimaous xbox2 is making an appearance at e3 nxt month, and rumoured to be out by xmas, which makes sense for marketing. therefore halo3 early next year is highly likely as halo2 was damn short for how long it was in production, so it wud all make sense really.

i heard that halo 3 will be the release game for the xbox2 and will be released on the same date as ps3 because they are the top competitors between game systems and sony has already planted seeds on xbox saying that microsoft has forsaken the xbox even though they havn't and sony also lost a lawsuit because dual anolog controller co has sued them for not getting what they diserve for making the gameplay better

On Gamformer's magizin it says it will be on Xbox2.
