It's a Plasma rifle with infinite ammo,and shoots Giant blasts like the Scarab (the big thingy you have to kill every1 in,or for better explanation: the one that ends the metropolis level)It is really complicated to get though,you have to lure a banshee into a part,without it blowing up or disapparing (spelling),i got it far then it disappered (spelling)
