Does anybody know how to be the gut that is being executed in the buginning? I have tryed evry way they tell me and it does not work. If u do know how please post here.

If you mean in campaign mode you play as that guy (he is called the arbiter) further on in the game. From about level four (I think) onwards you play as him about half the time. If you mean in multiplayer you go to settings then edit your profile and change your character from a Spartan to an Elite. This is not exactly the same guy but is something like him.

I don't pretend to be an expert, so sometimes I get it wrong.

Actually if you count the heritic,it's level 5 and yeah he's called the arbiter and he's a covenant fleet commander who has been ashamed after the atrocity at Halo.

If you count The Heretic it is level 1 I think.

Yeah the heritic is level 1 I knew that,but The Arbiter is level 5 cause the order of the levels up to The Arbiter is...

The Heretic
The Armoury
Cairo Station
Outskirts
Metropilis
The Arbiter...See five levels.
