It was pretty hard in the last game, but i have a feeling it will be harder to find and hopefully these skulls will have cooler things that happen when u pick them up.

i think the get 5 kills with the needler is pointless, i find it hard to miss using it.

yep i think they also have a low tracking.
oh and the skulls really just unlock options for campaign.
they all make the game harder and gold skulls give you a point multiplier depending on how many are active.
but you unlock armour pieces after 6, 9, 13 collected skulls

including blind and grunt birthday (which is my favourite)
