Questions about Halo 3

I just got halo 3 and its awsome, somethings confuse me though and I would like them to be verified.

1. I seen in the instruction manual the in the vehicles were a pelican and a phantom, it said how many people it can hold ect. is this vehicle drivable?
2. My favourite species in halo 3 is hunters. I heard that theres a level in campaign mode called "hunters revenger" were you get to play as one. And also you can play as one online. Are these things true?
3. I was also told that in custom game or whatever you can play with computer controlled players, I dont know how to add them though!!! If you can add CPU's to the game can someone tell me how?

1. Nope, in Halo 2 if you had an Action Replay there were a couple of cheats that allowed you to drive it a bit.
2. No, that all is complete BS.
3. Who the hell is telling you this stuff, no you can't add CPUs to a custom bame.

Ok thanks, My freinds have told me this... Now I know they are complete liers well back to playing Halo 3 then.
