When you Quiet early I know you loose 1 EXP but does this have anything to do with your skill level??????

Yes this does. If you just became sergant or what ever and you quit you go to the previous rank.

Yeah because you loose EXP witch is not your skill level .......Im just want to get to level 20 to to become a captain......I have 136 EXP and to go to the previous rank is 100 EXP.......so im not worried bout that........If I get skill level of 20 ill get captain but if I get 200 EXP Ill have to go through all the Lutenits......(I didnt spell that right)

Thats hard to do for some people if their life is on a schedule; or you know how many kids that play this whos parents tell them to get off for stupid things.
