i have the achievement finished, along with all the others, but the killing frenzy achievement did not unlock the commando shoulders for the elite on my profile. i've tried several times to get killing frenzies again, but they still didn't unlock the armor. is there a way i can get it?

There was a new update the other day that automaticly gives you commando shoulders because of a glitch that prevents you from getting it.
