There's a tournament being sponsered by Samsung being run for those in Europe.
To celebrate they put up a theme and picture pack, and you enter by downloading the picture pack.

I searched Samsung Halo3 tournament and was linked to the official site, I'm already entered because I downloaded the GP Pack, one of which I'm using now.
One person from each country(UK, Spain, France, Germany, etc) who's the best passes through into the second round, where the top two go into one last match(I think)
