Does anyone know how to get Vesta's hoe? I really, really want the raccoon, but I can't get Vesta's Hoe...I assume there is a cutscene I need but I just can't seem to find it

yeah, it's one of the one's that the people give you...I think Cody gives you the other one (maybe you might think of it like a shovel?). How did you get the racoon?
