I have a seed maker and a level 3 yam but everytime i use it and re plant again i still get lv 3 yams and NO lv 4 yams and i made sure i sowed 2 times on that patch ! How!! btw i growin them in the basement .

You have to overlap the level three seeds with an ordinary bag of seeds. Is that what you are doing?

Yeah you overlap, then seed maker, then overlap, ect.
