I'm new to the Harvest Moon games so this is what I'd like to know. I want to get my house ready for Ann but I read in the manual that I need a Lv.3 house but right now I sitll have a Lv.1. I went to Wood and I already have the lumber but it won't let me put the house on the same propty I have my Lv.1 house on why is that, do I have to buy a 2nd pice of propty to set up the Lv.2 house so I can put up my Lv.3 after wordes or do I have to destroy my Lv.1 house first? Thanx for helping a noob like me.

LOL!!!!!!!!!! Go to 'remodel', then choose your property, THEN you can have a level two house. . . oh, and one more thing, to get a level 3 house, have 1 heart with kurt, joe, or woody. the rest of the expandtions wiil come after you make the next upgrade to you MAIN house.
