i was doing pro last night (am up to amendment) and from what it turns out.

the one in Murder of crow is mark whatever II and the amendment is mark whatever III

You mean the thing I subbed into the hints? sure.

Pretty much just choose your difficulty and when the menu comes up for you to pick the level, put the controller down. Wait like 3 or 5 minutes and it should show that something is loading. When it is done you can see a hidden cutscene where a man is giving 47s number to his friend, it must have been the trailer.

If you look closely it shows things that should have been in the game.
