Oh man, I played a new life like an hour or two ago. I killed everyone with the bat. Re-played it, went ballistic, and even made the FBI call for back-up.

Lol, yeah, there is a Sauna. If you go into that pool area in their backyard, you should see an inside pool. The Sauna is near there.

The Lighter fluid can be found in the locked shed where the poolguy goes, and in the basement. Not near the Sauna.
