probably the lack of explinations for missions when you first play it.

There isnt enough hints for a nub unless you watch walkthoughs.

yeah that aswell. 20+ missions would have been nice.

Maybe a storyline that accually ties in together not just going back and playing missions that has already happened.

I thought that was interesting. Most games don't do that, but it would be nice to learn things as you do them. 20 plus missions sounds good.
