i doubt it will be better than both it'll have like 6 attack and 5 magic

Yeah, it will definatly be stonger than Fernir because ES is stonger than Sephy. and it will probaly have more magic then ultima for reason that he is pratically invincible.

Theres a video of someone taking him down apparently donald has a new spell that can give you full MP. Cause he used alot of limits.
