I was wondering about when KH3 will come out, and once its over what will they do with KH? Will they start a new series of KH games with Different story?

Apparently, Nomura (The creator of KH) currently hasn't had time to work on KHIII, and the release date is totally unknown. I do know that Xehanort will be done for good after it, and Nomura will probably come up with some new antaonist for KH, If they don't end it all together. Lots is still unknown.

Kingdom hearts 3 has been announced it is now in development and is most likly to come out in the late months of next year or in the early months of 2015 can't wait for it soooo excited!!!!

Yeah, Tetsuya Nomura has been busy with Final Fantasy versus XIII (Now called Final Fantasy XV) and so he really couldn't speculate on KH3 because they hadn't began doing anything about the next major installment in the KH universe.
At E3 he finally confirmed through a KH3 trailer that KH3 is "Now in Developement".
