Ok, you can be a keyblade wielder without being a master, for instance Sora wasnt a master he was a delivery boy for Riku, but he became the master when his heart became stronger.

and i think i know why she has a keyblade..... they where in a world very close to the darknessand she needed somthing to fight with so riku gave here it.

The thing is though, that no ordinary person can hold a keyblade, you have to have the potential to be a master. though i think traveling to different worlds and being at the brink of light and the edge of darkness, and being captured by human looking creatures with no hearts classify's you as unordinary.

hmmmm maybe it waas because in the first game kairis heart was with sora for most of the game there for she was able to weild a keyblade

I'm not sure why the name of her keyblade is important. Anyway, the keyblade would be called the keyblade. The KEYCHAIN attached to it is the thing with the name.
